What Does the following Sonography Test Result Mean?

lmp date is 13-12-2014 and scanning date is 31-1-2015 result measures 7.2 * 5.2 cms. smaller than period of amennorhea. uterine contour is normal. single ges.sac with smooth margins is seen in fundus. geslsac volume is 1.2cms and corresponds to 4-5 weeks. trophoblastic layes is normal. embryo/yolk sac not seen cervix is closed length 3.0 cms both ovaries; size, shape and echo pattern is normal dr. suggest after 15 days scan than confirm the pregnancy. sir any problem in my report pl reply
